Two closings, two cities, one plan.
A relocation is really two transactions that have to land in the right order. Whether you are moving to Western Pennsylvania or leaving it, I coordinate both ends so a delay on one side does not wreck the other.
Moving to the Pittsburgh area
Buying from out of town means trusting someone else's eyes on a house you may see once before closing. I give you a builder's read on every home: condition, systems, workmanship, and what it will cost to own. You get video walkthroughs, straight answers about each area, and a shortlist built around how you actually live.
Start with the area guide to see how the towns differ, then we narrow it down together.
Leaving the Pittsburgh area
Selling from a distance takes a plan and someone local who can run it. I coordinate prep, contractors, photography, showings, and inspections, and I keep your closing date lined up with the purchase waiting for you in the new city.
Done remotely, done on schedule
- Arizona to Pennsylvania. I coordinated a client's Arizona sale while securing their custom build here, with virtual consultations, builder communication, and planned site visits.
- Pennsylvania to North Carolina. When a buyer's financing fell through days before closing, a backup buyer was already lined up. We closed inside the sellers' 7-day window so their North Carolina purchase stayed on track.
- Six hours away. An estate sale managed end to end for out-of-town owners who could not be here, from vendors to the sale that came right after the open house.
