Who this is

This website is operated by Aubre J. Stacknick, a Global Real Estate Advisor with Piatt Sotheby's International Realty, 100 Fowler Rd Suite 30, Warrendale, PA 15086. You can reach me at astacknick@piattsir.com or 412-721-3496.

What I collect

What you tell me. When you fill out a form on this site, I receive what you type: typically your name, email address, phone number, and any message, plus which guide or page you used. If you use the chat window, I receive your messages. If you book a call, the booking tool I use (Calendly) collects the details you enter there.

What your browser sends automatically. Like most websites, this one receives basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location. The site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how people reach and use these pages, and to measure the results of my advertising. The Pixel records events such as page views and form completions.

Embedded content. Some pages show videos from Vimeo or YouTube, fonts from Google Fonts, and a chat window from Tawk.to. Those services may collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies.

How I use it

• To reply to you, send you the guide or information you asked for, and follow up about buying or selling.
• To keep records of the conversations we have.
• To understand how the site is used, and to measure and improve my advertising.
• To keep the site secure and working.

Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with the services that help me run this site and my business (for example, the form, chat, booking, email, and advertising services named above), with my brokerage, Piatt Sotheby's International Realty, when needed for a transaction, and when the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as it is useful for the purpose you gave it, or as the law or my brokerage's record-keeping rules require.

Your choices

• Ask me to see, correct, or delete the information you gave me by contacting me at the address above.
• Tell me to stop sending you follow-up messages, and I will.
• Manage ad and tracking settings in your browser and in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.

Children

This site is for adults. It is not directed to children, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect the information I receive. No website or transmission is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial information, such as Social Security or bank account numbers, through forms or chat.

Changes

If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page.
